Ritchel M. Naquinez is a talented young professional with a strong background in Information Technology, specializing in Information Management. She began her educational journey at Bayugan West Central Elementary School, where she completed her elementary education. For her secondary education, she attended Bayugan National Comprehensive High School for both junior and senior high school. Currently, Ritchel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, majoring in Information Management, at Central Mindanao University.

In the Swell Wave Monitoring Project, Ritchel serves as the team’s Documenter, playing a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all project documentation. Her responsibilities include preparing initial drafts of project documents, organizing and compiling information from team members, and reviewing documents for grammatical and technical accuracy. She also ensures consistency in technical details and terminology, formats documentation according to project guidelines, and creates diagrams to illustrate system workflows based on the developers' accomplishments.

Ritchel’s technical skills span both backend and frontend development, with proficiency in Python, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Figma. She is experienced in database management using tools like MySQL and PostgreSQL and is adept at working with development frameworks such as ASP Classic and Flask. Her expertise extends to artificial intelligence and machine learning, particularly in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). She is also skilled in working with Transformers Models, further showcasing her versatility in advanced technological domains.

Through her meticulous documentation and system workflow illustrations, Ritchel has significantly contributed to the project’s success. Her ability to accurately detail project milestones and system designs has facilitated effective team collaboration and ensured the timely delivery of project objectives.
